Occupational Medicine Service and Laboratory
We are a company with traditions in the activities of ensuring health and safety at work.
On 2004 we established the Occupational Medicine Service and established a Laboratory for working environment factors measurement. Since 2008, the Occupational Medicine Service has been re-registered with Certificate No 171 in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 3 of 25 January 2008 on the conditions and procedures for carrying out the activities of the labour Medicine. Since 2009 Laboratory for working environment factors measurement is accredited by the Bulgarian Accreditation Service with Certificate No 285 for control of physical factors of the working environment, electrical systems and equipment for voltage up to 1000 V and ventilation installations.
Our activities:
- Occupational Medicine Service
Service of employees from the Occupational Medicine Service in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and Ordinance No 3 of 25 January 2008 on the conditions and procedures for carrying out the activities of occupational medicine services.
- Risk Assessment of the health and safety at work
Carrying out a health and safety risk assessment at work and developing appropriate measures to prevent the risk and protection of employees and all persons located in or near the place where there is a risk in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 5 on the order, manner and periodicity of carrying out a risk assessment.
- Authority for Health and Safety at Work
Performing the functions and tasks of a specialized service in enterprises for organizing the implementation of activities related to the protection and prevention of occupational risks in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and Ordinance No 3 of 27.07.1998 on the functions and tasks of officials and specialized services in undertakings for organizing the implementation of activities related to the protection and prevention of occupational risks.
- Preventive medical examinations
Organization and carrying out periodic medical examinations and examinations of employees in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 3 of 28.02.1987. on mandatory ex ante and periodic medical examinations of workers.
- Measurements of working environment factors
Organization and implementation of the necessary measurements for the establishment of the conformity of the working environment, the technology used and the working equipment with the norms and requirements for safety and health at work under Ordinance No 7 of 23.09.1999 on minimum requirements for health and safety at work and in use of the workplace equipment, Ordinance № РД-07-3 from 18.07.2014 г. About minimum requirements for microclimate of workplaces, Ordinance No 49 on artificial lighting of buildings, Ordinance No 6 of 15 August 2005 on minimum requirements for ensuring the health and safety of workers in the case of noise exposure risks, Ordinance No 16-116 of 8 February 2008 for Technical Operation of Energy Equipment and Others.
- Declaration under Art. 15 of the Health and Safety at Work Act
Preparation and submission of the Declaration under Art. 15, para. 1 of the Health and Safety at Work Act in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and Ordinance No 3 of 23 February 2010 on the form, content, order and manner of submission and preservation of the declaration under Art. 15, para. 1 of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Training
Training of the representatives in the Committees and groups on working conditions according to the requirements of Ordinance No 4 of 3.11.1998 on the training of representatives in committees and groups on working conditions in enterprises. Training of officials who manage and manage work processes, safety and health bodies at work and persons designated to conduct safety and health briefings at work as required by Ordinance No RD-07-2 of 16.12.2009 on the terms and conditions for conducting periodic training and instruction of employees under the rules for ensuring health and safety at work. Training in first doctor's assistance in the workplace on the basis of Art. 20, para. 1 , item 2 of the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Rules for First Medical Assistance for Damage to Health at Work.
